We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days (UK). These are posted with Royal Mail.

We accept credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We will accept returns for incorrect or faulty items, with shipping amount refunded to your payment account. Non-faulty items may be returned at our discretion, shipping cost covered by recipient. You have 14 days from date of delivery, email thorleyillustration@gmail.com.

Our prints and paper goods are made on 100% recycled paper using eco-friendly inks made from organic pigments. Our textile products are created using digital printing (which generates significantly less waste than other printing methods) and on organic cotton. Everything is produced within the UK, and packaged in recyclable/biodegradable materials.

I regularly participate in events across the UK where you can see items and shop in person. I put out events lists on social media so check there for updates on upcoming events.
